A sustainable system for the regeneration of CO2 in wine production

VinTech d.o.o. is collaborating with Omega Air d.o.o. on development of innovative system for the capture and reuse of CO2. The system ensures a net reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from wine fermentations, which represent the most emission-intensive process in wine production technology.
The investment is part of the measures of the Slovenian plan financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU. It was a Public Tender - Incentives for research and development projects of NOO (RRI NOO).

Complete System for Natural Enrichment of Wine's Aromatic Profile

The aim of the project was to enable the production and preservation of high-quality wine aromas through the introduction of innovative and sustainable approaches in wine production technology, thereby ensuring a completely natural enrichment of the wine's aromatic profile.
The final result of the project is a developed highly innovative AromMax system, which represents a combination of unique solutions for controlling and optimizing the production of high-value fermentation products and effectively preventing their loss throughout the fermentation process. AromMax is a breakthrough innovation that marks a significant milestone in wine fermentation technology, as it eliminates the need for the use of chemical and other artificial enhancers of wine aromas, enabling the achievement of the wine's maximum aromatic potential in a completely natural and sustainable way.
